- Because graphics cards on PC's are about as much "optional equipment" these
- days as hard drives are. You don't find PC's without Local bus accelerated
- graphics any more. A comparison between a PC with a Diamond Stealth 64 DRAM,
- for instance, is much more appropriate. If you want to compare an Amiga to
- a PC without a graphics card the Amiga should be an OCS or ECS machine, as
- only people who have relatively old machines have them. Comparison's between
- high-end PC graphics cards and Amigas with graphics cards is fine. Actually,
- I'd be very interested in pitting a CyberVision or Retina ZIII against a
- Matrox Millenium or whatever else the PC has to offer. The place where
- the Amiga loses here, and loses mightily is in cost. Just noticed I'm
- off topic, so I'll stop now.
